Refund policy

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind): Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, charged according to the logistics company you choose. We will also charge a 10% restocking fee based on the item's price.
  • For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product): Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the restocking fee and the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Special Clauses

  • Discounted Items: Discounted items are non-refundable. Refunds are only available for full-priced items.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
